New Take on an Old Face

The card I would like to share with you, I made for the Smeared and Smudged Challenge Mono, but I think it is also eligible for the Sketch challenge and the Rock and Rolla challenge.

Red White & Blue

This week at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz the challenge is to create something using the colours Red White & Blue.

I would appear, I go from one extreme to another, (yeah, that sounds like me lol), Last week I entered the KKKG challenge 48 minutes before it closed, This week I have 6 whole days left!!!!

The card I am entering this week, I do like it, but there is something not quite right about it, and I can't put my finger on what it is???

Menacing Mermaids

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your encouraging comments on my previous post.

Menacing Mermaids is the challange this week at Haunted Design House. I only have one mermaid image, a digi from Crafts and Me so that's the one I've used. She has been coloured on the PC and touched up with Le Plume markers. On hind-sight I wish I had used brighter colours.

Kuriously Korroded with Kenny K

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all well (cos I'm not) and thank you for your kind comments on my last post :D

I am slowly recovering from my weekend at the Download Festival, which was fantastic with the exception of the weather! it was very very wet and windy, my clothes aren't that wet when the come out of the washing machine. Don't know if it is because I was so wet or just coincidental timing, but I am now suffering from a virus, which is causing my joints to swell and ache :( But enough of my moaning and on with my post.

Kuriously Korroded with Kenny K is the challenge over at Haunted Design House, you are to create a dark, Gothic or Halloween-based art piece that is distressed in some way i.e. ripped, smudged, torn, sanded, acid-eaten, burned or mangled. So that is what I tried to do, I have to say, it looked much better in my head!!!!

Pleasure and Pain

A very big Thank You for all your kind and encouraging comments.

I'm posting early this week, cos I'm off to the Download Festival this weekend Whoop Whoop Whoop :D

I wonder would this trip qualify for Haunted Design House's challenge Pleasure and Pain cos I love spending time away with my family and friends and I love the music and the atmosphere is fantastic! but I hate camping! with a vengence I HATE CAMPING !!! ...............No?.......worth a try :D
