Black and Blue

Morning Everyone,

Black and Blue is this weeks challenge at Smudgy Antics.  You can make anything you like...... a card, scrapbook page, mixed media, altered or 3-D item etc, as long as it is handmade and stamped somewhere with either a rubber or digital stamp,  all-digi projects are also welcome.  Feel free to think outside the box and have fun with your project :)

Here is my take on the challenge

The image is called Star Tree Fairy - French Fairies by Smeared Ink.  I printed the image twice...... once on blue card and once on white.  I coloured the fairy on the white card with Pro-markers, then cut her out and glued her over the image on the blue card.  the black and blue lace and flowers are all from my stash.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge(s)

Thanks for stopping by and do call again :)

Take care

Garden of Good and Evil

Hi Everyone,

Garden of Good and Evil is the Macabre Monday Challenge at Haunted Design House, and once again, I'm entering at the last minute.  To be honest, I wasn't going to enter this challenge this week, because it had me completely stumped!....... until I saw one of my kids wearing this T'shirt , and then the juices started flowing LOL

This is what I came up with

The Zambi image is a photo of the image on the shirt, which had previously been photoshoped, cos I've used this image before, I then triple heat embossed the blood and cut out the three characters.  The scared Bambi image is a sticker from a Disney sticker sheet, mounted on card and cut out.  The background I borrowed from the net, added a little more blood and heat embossed it until it became runny and gooey.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge(s)

Thanks for stopping by and please call again :)

Here is my take on the challenge

Thank You Dianne

Today I received such a lovely surprise :)     A very talented and lovely lady by the name of Dianne from Spinnin' Tails has honoured me by giving me the Liebster Blog Award.  I read on Dianne's blog that the name means little darling in German and is given to as yet, undiscovered blogs who have less than 200 followers.

These awards give small bloggers with less than 200 followers some well deserved recognition for their creations.

Here are the rules :-
  • Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog
  • Link back to the blogger who presented the award to you
  • Copy and paste the blog award on your blog
  • Present the Liebster Blog Award to 5 blogs of 200 followers or less who you feel deserve to be noticed.
  • Let them know they have been chosen by leaving a comment on their blog
Here are my choices :-

All of the very talented ladies mentioned above have been very supportive and encouraging toward me and my work :)........ plus they are all really nice people with a wicked (good) sense of humour :)  Please visit their blogs ...... you will be blown away by the amazing talent there :)
